That first year postpartum is a special yet vulnerable time in every woman's life. As a postpartum fitness specialist, my goal is to guide you towards your fitness goals in a way that respects and cares for your mind and body. That is why I created a unique fitness coaching program tailored specifically for moms who find it challenging to reach their fitness goals after having a baby.
